We schedule a free, on-site meeting to get to know each other and discuss your project. You’ll receive a pre-meeting email with our insurance certifications, sample documents, and 3-year warranty info.
For projects needing design, we’ll work together on plans or a 3-D mockup. Once details are decided, you receive an all-inclusive proposal with materials, scope, and clear payment terms.
We agree on a start date and handle the behind-the-scenes work — permits, materials, scheduling. On day one, we walk through site logistics, timelines, and daily expectations.
We complete a final walkthrough with you, address any punch-list items, and stand behind the work with our 3-year warranty. Our relationship doesn’t end at handoff.
Most every project, regardless of size, starts with a customer’s many ideas and questions. With our experience combined with your vision, we’ll begin to outline the project together.
Expect us to ask thoughtful questions: Why are you considering this project? What are the must-have components? What’s less important? Are there specific materials you’ve been eyeing? How will this fit your lifestyle in 5, 10, or 15 years? What’s your budget?
These questions help us realistically scope the work — and make sure the finished result matches what you actually wanted.
The first meeting is sometimes all that’s needed for us to put together a proposal. For projects requiring design, we’ll move to a design agreement and develop the plans or 3-D mockups your build deserves.
Once approved, we handle permits, ordering, and prep. On the day construction begins, we walk through the plan together: where can we leave trailers and dumpsters, where to park, are there pets to be aware of, what’s the day-to-day going to look like.
Construction can be intrusive. We do everything we can to make the experience easy and respectful of your home and family.
